Live Illustration PACKAGES

Starting at £400*

I am incredibly pleased to offer my remote and in-person live illustration packages to suit all wedding budgets.

I can draw up to 40 guests over the course of the day, and will only illustrate each guest once. Additional guests on top of this are charged at a fee per person (see below).

All illustrations are created digitally, and I can be set up anywhere in your venue with power nearby (or from home if you opt for my remote package)

REMOTE PACKAGE (from £400*)

- You’ll receive my display kit in the post ahead of your big day (deposit required/returned after the wedding)

- Your guests submit their wedding snaps via the QR code (each guest can only feature in one illustration)

- I work from home in real-time, and upload your custom illustrations to your online wedding gallery for guests to download

- I’ll complete an illustration of couple after the wedding using one of your favourite snaps

- Printed copies can be sent out to your guests after the wedding for an additional fee

IN-PERSON PACKAGE (from £800*)

- I’ll take snaps of your guests on arrival to the venue (each guest can only feature in one illustration)

- I’ll start working on your illustrations during the ceremony and continue to do so throughout your day

- I’ll be on hand throughout the day to answer any questions, chat to your guests, and provide an extra special touch to your big day

- I’ll complete an illustration of couple after the wedding using one of your favourite snaps

- Printed copies can be sent out to your guests after the wedding for an additional fee

An intro call - so I can have a chat with you about your day and your requirements

Time for setting up and packing away on the day (in-person package only)

Time to take snaps of your guests (in-person package only)

Digital copies of illustrations uploaded to your wedding gallery, which guests can access via a unique QR code & password (up to 40 guests)

An illustration of the couple completed after the wedding, printed on A5 and posted to you

FAQS

  • It’s pretty simple, really! We’ll have a quick chat to discuss your wedding plans and what you need.

    If you purchase an in-person package, you can introduce me to your wedding planner/venue and I will happily deal with any logistics directly. Who needs extra admin, am I right?!

    On the day, I’ll arrive at your venue between 30-60 minutes before your guests arrive to set up and I’ll stick around until I have completed what’s included in my package.

    I’ll be present around guest ‘lull’ periods, but will likely find a comfy quiet spot during your wedding breakfast/speeches etc so that I can work as quickly as possible.

    I will upload guest illustrations to your wedding gallery before I leave, and will leave a little QR code/sign at the end of the day so your guests can access it.

    I recommend you also communicate this to guests post-wedding for anyone who is just having TOO much fun on the dance floor - as they should!

    I can be as flexible as I need to be on the day, so don’t worry too much about timings if anything is changed at short notice.

    If you purchase a remote package, you’ll receive a display kit in the post before your big day with instructions and key information. You can choose the perfect spot to pop it at your venue (make sure your bridal party is aware so they can encourage guests to make use of it).

  • My rate is my minimum day rate, as I would never book two events on the same day.

    40 guests is simply a ‘maximum’ number that I can achieve on the day of your wedding (through experience).

    I will always spend more time on illustrations where I can, to ensure that you can get the best quality/value from my service. Due to this, I do not offer discounted rates if you have less than 40 guests.

  • Yes, I can! However, they may not all be finished on the day of your wedding.

    After 40 guests have been drawn, there is an additional charge of £5.00 per guest. If you know that you want all guests to have an illustration please let me know in the contact form so that I can provide an accurate quote.

  • Honestly, not much! I just need enough space for me, my artboard/iPad, and a few small bits of signage. I’ll need a table and chair, and access to power.

    If there’s a quieter space that I can work from during the wedding breakfast/speeches, that’d be amazing.

  • Yes please! You can usually arrange this with your venue (as you would with other suppliers working on the day).

    This of course doesn’t apply to my remote package!
